South Kent Mind is the mental health charity for people from the South Kent Coastal area. If you are a resident of Folkestone, Hythe, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, New Romney, or anywhere between, South Kent Mind will guide you along the pathway towards better mental health.

South Kent Mind is an independent local charity affiliated to Mind, the national mental health charity.

Weekly Activities

Wellbeing Check-in

The first step to getting involved in activities and services is to book a wellbeing check-in.

Adult Services

Counselling

A low-cost counselling service available in-person, over the phone, and via online video calls.

Abercrombie’s Café

The on-site café is used for activities, events and socialising.

Money Guidance

Support if your financial situation having a negative impact on your mental health.

Live Well Kent & Medway Services

South Kent Mind are part of the Live Well Kent & Medway service – delivered on behalf of Kent County Council and the NHS.
